Situated on a 1,944 square meter lot at the corner of EDSA, Connecticut street and Florida street at the Greenhills commercial district, Primex Tower is a Php 3.6 billion project that is envisioned to be the tallest tower in the city. Pullman Manila, a 200 room 5-star hotel, will be housed in the top floors of Primex Tower and is scheduled for completion in 2023. Primex Tower will incorporate retail and office spaces in its lower floors, while the premium hotel will nestle in the topmost ten floors.
