The implementation has resulted in a reduction of 22.3% in annualised energy consumption of the building thus driving further its aim to gear towards a super low-energy building. With the implementation, the building also earned the distinction of being Singapore’s first commercial development to utilise renewable energy to power all of its operations, including all of the tenant spaces.
