Mitsui Shopping Park Lalaport, Kuala Lumpur for rent/lease

With approximately 78,500 square metres of land area, Mitsui Shopping Park Lalaport is the development of the first Lalaport in Southeast Asia intended to create a one-stop retail destination to the local community. The mall is located in Bukit Bintang, within the vicinity of Kuala Lumpur’s central shopping district. Scheduled to open in 2021, Mitsui Shopping Park Lalaport is a joint venture between Mitsui Fudosan (the same company that developed Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang) and Bukit Bintang City Centre. It is expected to house around 350 shops including Japanese retail outlets, international brands and restaurants. Given its strategic location, it has direct access to Hang Tuah Station on the LRT and KL Monorail lines.

KSL Esplanade Mall, Klang for rent/lease

Aims to be a one mall for all, KSL Esplanade Mall is dedicated to be a one-stop destination suitable for all ages.
